This Mid-day meal is only a political move to loot the country.It is an avenue to earn from the mouth of the poor.Poor needs nutritional food.Nobody can not ensure to such large number of students.If politicians are so honest & sincere like Narendra Modi,they should ensure their children study in Government school & have mid day meal.
So Bengal school selling rice to cattle-feed and in UP Jharkhand parents are protesting & even saying no to mid-day meal.Even the cook of the Bihar school admitted that he can never eat mid-day meal.
